Ian Kell was born in Chicago, Illinois, but has spent most of his life in Columbia, South Carolina. He has been interested in theater, choir, visual art and many other creative mediums throughout his life but has always had a passion for dance. Ian is a Marketing and Real Estate double major at the University of South Carolina, with a minor in dance and has been receiving collegiate and professional training in contemporary, hip hop, ballet, and jazz styles. Ian was a member of Unbound Dance Company in 2022 and has continued his professional work with Anne Brodie’s Carolina Ballet as a guest artist in The Nutcracker and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
