KATARINA KENDALL

Katarina Kendall, originally from Trumbull, Connecticut, is currently a student at the University of South Carolina pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance & Choreography and minors in Business Administration & Psychology expecting to graduate in May 2025. She trained in ballet, contemporary, and jazz at the Norwalk Metropolitan Youth Ballet under artistic director Adam James Holms. During her time under Holms, she was involved in many performances & competitions including participating in YAGP and Connecticut Classic. During her training at the University of South Carolina, she has been involved in many performance opportunities which include being the Queen of Hearts in the university's program Wonderland by Jennifer Deckert, soloist and rehearsal director of Andre Megerdichian’s Belly of the Whale, as well as working with Colin Connor, Valetina Kozlova, and Peter Powlus. Additionally, she also has worked with guest artists from the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company and Complexions Contemporary Ballet with most recently performing at their 30th Anniversary Gala under their pre-professional program.
