Lydia Harding was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She grew up dancing with Palmetto Performing Arts, and began competing during high school under the direction of Kristi Beers. Lydia was also part of the Dreher High School dance program, under the instruction of Kathleen Lee. After graduating she began teaching and has continued her passion for dance through her choreography. In addition to teaching dance, Lydia has enjoyed teaching pilates to numerous clients in Columbia. She is excited to learn and continue her dance experience.
