LYDIA HARDING

Lydia Harding is a dancer and educator from Columbia, South Carolina. She began her training at Palmetto Performing Arts and further honed her skills through the Dreher Dance Program throughout high school. With a deep passion for contemporary dance, Lydia specializes in teaching contemporary and technique-based classes, sharing her expertise and love for movement with students. In addition to her dance career, she has been a Pilates instructor at Club Pilates for three years, where she combines her knowledge of body mechanics and movement to enhance her teaching approach.

A lifelong learner, Lydia is committed to continued education and growing as both a dancer and instructor. In 2023, she was a member of Unbound, performing in the powerful work, "Unbeing". Through her dedication and experience, Lydia continues to inspire and shape the next generation of dancers.
