MENDY ADAMS

Growing up in Irmo, South Carolina, Mendy trained with The Southern Strutt dance studio for 14 years. Performing from ages 4-18, the stage has always felt like home to her. Mendy spent her summers traveling to Los Angeles, New York, and Dallas to participate in various dance workshops and conventions. At the age of 14, she performed with Unbound Dance Company from 2011-2012. After graduating high school, Mendy took on the adventure of living in South Korea for three years and then Alaska for three and a half years. In addition to raising her four children, she has a passion for staying active through yoga, dance, and riding motorcycles. Mendy most recently performed in Unbound's 2023 show "Unbeing".
