Experience the Unbound Apprentice Company in 2026. 

Dancers ages 13+ are invited to audition for the Unbound Dance Company Apprentice Program—an immersive experience designed to bridge the gap between training and company-level performance. This program offers dancers the opportunity to work directly with Unbound company members, gaining insight into the creative process, rehearsal environment, and performance experience that define Unbound.

Apprentices will learn, rehearse, and perform in Unbound’s 2026 production—becoming part of the full artistic journey from creation to stage.

This program is designed as a pathway into the Unbound Dance Company experience, connecting dancers to the artists, process, and standard of the company.

IF SELECTED, YOUR APPRENTICE PROGRAM TUITION OF $300 INCLUDES:

• Opportunity to learn and perform a choreographed group piece in Unbound’s 2026 production
• Participation in the closing piece of the show
• Full tuition to the Unbound Summer Intensive
• Direct instruction and rehearsal experience with Unbound company members
• Immersion in the full creative and performance process

✳️ AUDITION REQUIREMENTS

• Submit a 60–90 second solo video (email to unboundapprentice@gmail.com)
• Video should showcase movement quality, performance, and technical execution.
• Genre/style: contemporary or contemporary/jazz (music of dancer's choice)
• Videos may be learned choreography (preferred), self-choreographed (preferred), or competition footage.

A select group of dancers will be chosen to participate in the program. Apprentices will perform in an original group piece and will also be integrated into the closing piece of Unbound Dance Company's 2026 show (August 28-30, 2026 in Columbia, SC.)

If selected, Apprentice Program fee of $300 must be submitted via check by June 13th, 2026 + dancer must commit to attending the required choreography, rehearsal, and show dates between June-August 2026.
